No internet is 100% perfect - providing the information to CS outlined in this article will help them help you narrow down the issue: Contrary to your popular belief that "it's something wrong with the customer's computer", we are concerned and have made server configuration changes over the last few maintenances in order to help mitigate the ping and latency issues that some players were reporting. We've also received positive feedback from some players saying that their issue with latency has been resolved. So, while it's not perfect for everyone, we can see that the changes we are making are helping a bit. And, we're not done yet; we understand that it needs to be better. We've looked at your ticket history in regards to your reports but we're seeing that you're not providing our support team the data they require from you in order to help investigate your particular issue - traces show us a path, but not packet loss, we need to know if you have other programs running in the background that could be interfering with your computer's performance (such as, dare I say, BitTorrent >.< I hope you're not running BitTorrent. ;). Our team will often start out by asking for your DxDiag - because for us, it's not enough that you say that your computer is fine and that you're able to play other games so you should be able to play MXM too. We need to actually see the data because it shows us if a customer has the appropriate spec and drivers to reasonably play the game. You can make a ton of noise on the forums, reddit, etc., but it doesn't help if you're not willing to provide the data that we are asking from you.

  8. To answer the title of the post itself, the next patch will have some changes to many of the Masters. We are constantly looking at Master balance - especially as we plan on introducing more Masters as time goes on.
  9. It's understandably frustrating and we totally understand. We're working with the devs right now, to see if they can offer us a solution, but it's not something that can be programmed overnight. We'll keep you updated when we have more info, or a fix.
